One of the main focuses at MAS is healthy, fun training regardless of style, level, or mode. This is why you will see at least one fitness focused class on the schedule everyday! Diligence to physical activity is one of the best ways to improve health as well as relieve stress. Brand new beginners are welcome! Please let the teacher know before the class if you are recovering from any specific injuries. Come join the sweaty MAS FUN!
Pilates focuses on developing core strength to move with ease and support. These classes will develop muscle balance, tone the entire body, and enhance flexibility as well as you will see improvements in posture and breathing.

Dance Bootcamp is a full body workout designed as cross training for dancers as well as those wishing to experience the fitness of dance. Cardio, strength training, flexibility work, balance, coordination, and more! Based upon jazz, ballet, pilates, and resistance work this class is open to all. No prior experience necessary.
BellyQuake is a an all-level class where you will stretch, drill bellydance movements, sweat, dance and have FUN! "Fun" may even mean some sit ups, push ups and leg lifting butt-ups on some days! You never know with this class, but what you can count on is having a fabulous shimmying time.
Reminder class cards can be used for any MAS class, so you are welcome to try a variety of things to see what you like. 5 class card is $60, 10 class card is $100, month of unlimited classes is $200, year of unlimited classes is $1000.
